Job summary

Elsdon Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team to deliver top-quality results.

The role covers healthcare, medical office, retail and other sectors, with a strong pipeline across the DFW market. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Office, Retail, or similar sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in the Dallas/DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects across DFW.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and project teams.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.

I’m currently working with a well-established General Contractor in the Dallas area who is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

The company has a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects across the DFW market, covering sectors including Healthcare, Medical Office, Retail, Office, Industrial, and other commercial developments.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team.

Responsibilities include

• Managing ground-up commercial construction projects across DFW
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
• Managing subcontractors and project teams
• Working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
