Blayze Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile restaurant, retail, and entertainment projects in Dallas. You’ll manage from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years with a Commercial GC, experience on projects from $500K to $50M, and a degree in Construction Management. The role offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience delivering restaurant, retail, entertainment, or hospitality projects.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $50M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

A nationally recognised commercial General Contractor with an outstanding reputation for quality, client service, and repeat business is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team. You'll be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with some of the most recognisable brands in the restaurant, retail, and entertainment sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead commercial construction projects from award through final turnover.
