Position OverviewThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role manages project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, and client communication throughout the construction process.Projects may include ground-up commercial construction, renovations, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, institutional projects, and industrial facilities.
