Job summary

PDM Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, coordinate with on-site carpenters and subcontractors, and ensure timely submittals and change orders. Strong knowledge of construction terms and plan reading is required.

Occasional travel to job sites and suppliers is expected, with a focus on maintaining quality and safety while meeting financial targets. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Occasional travel required to visit job sites, suppliers, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with on-site carpenters and subcontractors to create a successful team.
• Meet financial objectives by following and managing budgets, labor production, and cost controls.
• Prepare material and engineering submittals, material and labor budgets, and change order requests and process and draft customer correspondence.
• Update technical knowledge through on-site visits, material representatives, and continued education.
