Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team. You will own projects from preconstruction through completion, guiding safety, quality, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction leader with strong field experience who can manage project financials, schedules, subcontractors, risk, and client relationships while mentoring and developing project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Participate heavily in preconstruction, including subcontractor prequalification, risk assessments, procurement strategy, constructability reviews, and value engineering
• Lead the development and presentation of project GMPs and project budgets
• Develop procurement strategies and negotiate with subcontractors and trade partners
• Oversee project cost control, forecasting, financial management, and change management
• Develop and manage project schedules while identifying and mitigating schedule risks
• Review contracts and identify potential project risks and contractual concerns
• Lead project teams through challenges involving financial, schedule, quality, and construction issues
• Maintain strong communication between field and office teams throughout construction
• Lead lessons-learned initiatives and share best practices across project teams
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members
• Assist with onboarding, training, employee development, and team retention
