Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of large-scale commercial development projects across the United States. This role requires leadership to deliver complex facilities from ground-up through completion with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large ground-up and/or major renovation commercial projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Lead project teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and safety.
• Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and project buyout.
• Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate budget or schedule risks.
• Oversee quality control and ensure projects meet established standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with leadership and field teams.
• Mentor junior project engineers and project managers while supporting team development.
• Ensure all documentation, contracts, change orders, and project records are properly maintained.
