Job summary

PLS Pros, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to own the construction project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. You will be the primary client liaison after handoff, building strong relationships and driving loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Strong ability to identify potential problems and implement preventative/mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, forecasting, and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving.
• Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Project.
• A mechanical or electrical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, site personnel, and internal teams.
• Oversee site presence, manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress, budget, quality, and safety; adjust schedules as needed.
• Chair or participate in site meetings, document minutes and actions.
• Maintain regular communication with Superintendents on progress and risks.
• Manage change orders and closeout documentation.
• Mentor and develop team members and promote PLS values.
• Plan post-construction reviews to capture lessons learned.
