Job summary

Placed is seeking a Project Manager to drive the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project in a hands-on, on-site role. You will supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule adherence while upholding a Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Essential duties include budgeting, GMP development, cost projections, preconstruction coordination, and leading teams to deliver quality, profitable results on time.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience managing construction budgets, GMPs, and cost projections.
• Proficiency with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline).
• Data Center project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, GMP development, and financial projections for projects.
• Lead subcontracting, scope reviews, and price finalization.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordination with teams.
• Administer contracts, change orders, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Promote safety, quality, and loss prevention on site.
• Foster client relationships and drive business opportunities.
