Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Springfield, IL. The role includes direct client communication, overseeing carpenters and subcontractors, and ensuring timely material procurement, permits, and inspections.

Starting at $70K+ annually, negotiable based on experience, with a company vehicle and annual bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers to ensure excellent service.
• Manage and schedule carpenters and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, permits, licenses, and inspections.
• Oversee construction and carpentry projects to quality standards.
• Maintain safety and ensure adherence to policies.
• Drive company vehicle to locations as needed.
