You will lead carpenters, coordinate with the Regional Construction Manager, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on construction experience, strong remodeling/restoration background, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Minimum five years hands-on construction experience is required.
• Two years of project management experience is preferred.
• Strong remodeling/restoration background is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; valid driver's license needed.
• Xactimate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure top-notch service.
• Manage and schedule direct-report carpenters and crews.
• Coordinate with Regional Construction Manager on technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Ensure permits, licenses, materials, and inspections are secured promptly.
• Oversee on-site safety and housekeeping; keep jobsite clean and professional.
• Monitor job costs and productivity; review cost reports and budgets.
• Schedule and manage subcontractor performance; ensure quality and timing.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; comply with regulations.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites and maintain professional standards.
