Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project.
• Management and scheduling of direct report Carpenters.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects.
• Review job cost reports to monitor expenses.
• Comply with safety practices and regulations.
