Job summary

Jaynes Corporation is seeking a flexible, results-driven Project Superintendent to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will interface with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors while guiding field staff and contractors through daily activities.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, with travel as needed. A competitive benefits package accompanies this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Five+ years related construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and P‑6 Scheduling.
• Willing to travel frequently and operate a company vehicle.
• Knowledge of EPA/SWPPP requirements for the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, budget and schedule while meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and supervise daily/weekly site activities in line with project plans.
• Coordinate with clients, A/E representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
• Ensure quality control and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor and coach on-site staff and manage work sequences to optimize schedule and material use.
• Review cost reports and assist with change orders and budget adherence.
