Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up electrical construction, driving project success with confidence, clarity, and precision. You will own the project from pre-construction to closeout, orchestrating budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with GCs, owners, and inspectors.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical project leadership, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on ground-up commercial/industrial builds.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.
• Experience coordinating with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspections.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Mentor field supervisors and ensure alignment with project goals.
