Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervising all jobs in progress from start to finish
• Recruiting and training sub-contractors
• Controlling communications with the customer on job/service issues
• Supporting installation through materials management
• Managing customer service related issues and expenses for all product lines
• Supervises (or shares supervision) of warehouse staff and Installation Assistant
• Resolving contract issues with sales staff
• Ensuring permits and licenses are maintained properly
