Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Survey Team Lead to guide multiple complex projects, oversee scheduling and budgets, and mentor production teams. You will ensure deliverables meet technical and regulatory standards and collaborate with project managers and discipline leads for successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive surveying expertise, a leadership background, and proficiency in Civil 3D, Deltek, and related tools, with a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field; Professional Surveyor license preferred
• Minimum 8 years of professional surveying experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/management role preferred
• FS exam and SI certification preferred; PS licensure preferred
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Deltek, BlueBeam Revu; MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee team quality, productivity, and actions
• Direct and support production teams by assigning tasks and balancing workloads
• Oversee full lifecycle of projects with scope, schedule, and budget alignment
• Collaborate on budgeting, scheduling, staffing forecasts, and proposals
• Lead meetings and communicate project goals to clients and senior leadership
• Review and approve surveying deliverables for accuracy
• Perform site visits and field measurements to validate conditions
• Uphold quality management processes and develop best practices
