CESO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, manage client communications, and mentor junior staff.

The role emphasizes design excellence, quality control, and financial performance, with a hybrid work option and comprehensive benefits. Strong leadership and licensure are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering or related field; 10+ years of direct project-management experience preferred.
• Professional licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare proposals including scope, schedule, fees, and change orders; coordinate negotiations with senior leadership.
• Ensure quality of work, productivity, and timely delivery of projects.
• Oversee high-value A&E projects with strategic impact and maintain client relationships.
• Lead all phases of project development ensuring design excellence, quality control, and accuracy.
• Drive profitability and manage project P&L; coordinate billing and accounts receivable with accounting.
