Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role involves directing resources, coordinating teams, and communicating with clients from初期 discussions through post‑agreement activities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent), 4+ years of project management experience, and professional licensure or PMP certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field; 4+ years directly managing projects in a design/construction field preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training.
• Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Microsoft Outlook and daily timesheet data entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Deltek, and Newforma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with scope, schedule, fee budget, and negotiations; coordinate contracts with senior leadership.
• Accountable for quality, productivity, and actions of the team.
• Lead full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships and communications.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for project success.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure technical quality and financial performance.
• Develop and monitor project work plans, tasks, and deliverables with internal teams and subconsultants.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for scope/schedule/budget.
