Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site management of mid to large scale construction projects at base installations. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage client relations and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will develop work plans, review time sheets, and drive quality workmanship while fostering teamwork and compliance with safety standards on diverse environments.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with emphasis on supervision of mid to large scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred; extensive experience may substitute.
• Experience and training in construction methods, equipment and supervisory duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide calculations on hours involved, develop construction project schedule, evaluates the quantity of materials needed, along with truck, plant and human resources required.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to address changing requirements, scheduling, subcontractor issues, and any other issues that arise during construction.
• Oversee installation project safety compliance and report issues to Project Manager, Safety Department or HR Manager.
• Directly supervise field activities of mid to large scale construction projects on their assigned base installation.
• Schedule activities and supervise crews to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork and pride.
• Review crew time sheets and submit to Payroll on specified days.
• Recognize and communicate priority projects or problems, such as employee or job costing issues and/or issues from the client.
• Work with QC Officer and Site Safety Health Officer to ensure project success.
