Qualifications

• Must have 5 years’ experience in general construction leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements.
• Scissor Lifts / Boom Lifts training is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees building projects from conception to completion.
• Manages timelines, budgets, subcontractors.
• Develops project plans, securing permits, managing resources and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with building codes.
• Trains and manages all construction team members assigned to projects.
• Liaises with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitors performance of subcontractors and staff.
• Defines project scope and required resources to meet deadlines.
• Allocates resources, materials, subcontractors and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
