Grand Sierra Resort seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field execution for parking structure and heavy concrete scopes in Reno, NV. You will report to the Senior Superintendent and oversee safety, scheduling, and quality compliance on large-scale cast-in-place and tilt-up work.

The role requires strong knowledge of structural drawings, OSHA standards, and effective coordination with subcontractors and design-build teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Direct experience with parking structures, tilt-up construction, and heavy structural concrete.
• Proven leadership of crews and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Resort, or large multi-level structure experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily field operations for cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned parking structures, tilt-up panels, and structural systems.
• Maintain field presence, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals.
• Coordinate with design-build contractor on concrete placements, sequencing, logistics, and access.
• Identify constructability issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work plans, and report daily progress to the Senior Superintendent.
• Enforce safety, schedule, quality, and scope compliance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead safety meetings and stop unsafe work immediately.
• Monitor reinforcing, embeds, post-tensioning, and finishes.
• Assist with field reports and documentation.
