Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in civil construction and site development.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Ownership: manage projects from start to closeout.
• Lead planning sessions (2-week and 6-week cadences) and coordinate resources.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships and provide monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee risk, closeout, and final billing.
