Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned Project Delivery Leader to oversee all phases of project execution from inception to closeout. The role partners with clients, designers, and trade partners to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Qualifications

Leads all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
7–10 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years in leadership.
OSHA 30 preferred; completion within 6 months of hire may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversees project lifecycle from business award to final completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule targets.
Directs project teams and field operations, aligning with execution plans and standards.
Builds relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners to resolve challenges proactively.
Reviews major decisions (budgets, contracts, schedules) with executives and senior leadership.
Leads risk management and mitigation to ensure safety and compliance.
Mentors and develops team members with coaching and feedback to grow leadership capability.
Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.
