Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field crews, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget project execution. You will oversee performance, read blueprints, and coordinate with the Project Manager on schedules and materials.

Role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and hands-on experience with construction software. This position is salary-based and may involve overseeing multiple crews across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading construction crews and field teams.
• Ability to read plans and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and document outcomes for each team member.
• Enforce policies, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure training of foremen.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling, materials, and site planning.
• Collaborate with customers on site coordination and project planning.
• Prepare and approve daily reports, track hours, and support closeout packages.
