Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and promote injury-free environment through actions and mentoring.
• Oversee prestart process and preconstruction activities with the team.
• Coordinate bid package development, schedule and scope with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, pricing, scope and change controls.
• Direct submittal schedules, shop drawings and approvals with architects/engineers.
• Develop project schedule with Lean principles and manage resources.
