Job summary

The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a Construction Project Manager Associate to support Development and Central Facilities Services in planning, coordinating, and delivering capital improvement, maintenance, renovation and construction projects. Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in construction or project coordination, facilities administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases of projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, deliverables, and communications among architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, procurement documents, budgets, and reports; support project closeout and documentation.
