Job summary

RETS Associates represents Claremont McKenna College in recruiting an Associate Vice President for Construction Management & Capital Projects to lead a major campus transformation in Southern California. Reporting to the EVP/COO, you will own the full lifecycle of capital projects, direct the CM & Capital Projects team, manage budgets, schedules and permitting, and present updates to the Board of Trustees.

• Personally coordinate with city, county, and regional agencies on permitting and development agreements.

RETS Associates is representing Claremont McKenna College in the search for an Associate Vice President for Construction Management & Capital Projects to roll up their sleeves and lead one of the most exciting campus transformation projects in Southern California.

CMC — one of the nation's most selective liberal arts colleges — is executing a master plan that will double its campus from 75 to 150+ acres, with new academic buildings, student housing, athletic facilities, and major infrastructure all in the pipeline. This is a rare chance to leave a lasting physical mark on a world-class institution.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable presenting to a Board of Trustees and walking a job site. You'll report directly to the EVP/COO and own the full lifecycle of CMC's capital construction program.
