Job summary

Central Oregon Community College is seeking a Campus Services Project Manager to oversee capital improvement and facility projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

You will assess risks, manage procurement and bid processes, and serve as Owner’s Representative to protect campus interests. A Bachelor’s in a related field and public-sector experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities or construction management or related field.
• Experience in public-sector project management and contract administration.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and capital planning.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned campus projects from planning to implementation.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, bids, contracts and contractor performance.
• Act as Owner’s Representative protecting campus interests.
• Maintain project records, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
