Clayco is seeking an Assistant Superintendent Intern to support project staff on nationwide construction projects. You will help schedule manpower, obtain tools and materials, file permits, and assist with budget oversight. You will observe field work, verify drawings, supervise daily site activity, and report to project managers.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in undergraduate program.
• Internship or Assistant Superintendent Intern experience on projects of at least $5 million is a plus.
• General knowledge of construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist superintendent team members, subcontractors, and laborers in managing construction projects.
• Supervise construction work to meet budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive relationships with all construction groups, owners, trades, and subcontractors.
• Support a zero-injury safety culture on each project.
• Provide guidance and leadership and report to Project Managers and Superintendents.
