Waypoint Contracting, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating construction projects and to help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will track schedules, budgets, and milestones, prepare RFIs and submittals, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifikationen

• BS Degree in Construction/Engineering/Architecture
• 1-3 years of related ‘General Contracting’ experience balancing multiple projects with concentration preferably in government/commercial sector

Aufgaben

• Assist project managers with planning and coordinating construction projects.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Assist with procurement and material tracking.
• Maintain project records and reports
