Job summary

Wayne Brothers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction projects in Charlotte, NC.

You will coordinate client communications, assemble contract documents, RFIs, and change orders, and manage submittals and schedules with the PM and field supervision. The role requires an associate degree in construction or related field, plus relevant software skills (Primavera, AutoCAD).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction or related field required.
• BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Primavera required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client and WB team on project contacts and documents.
• Request CAD or PDF files from client and convert to PDF as needed.
• Prepare cost comparisons and project schedules with PM input.
• Submit RFI and contract documents to clarify discrepancies.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and change orders in Viewpoint/TBD systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for quotes and documentation; track approvals.
