Job summary

The Project Engineer at DAVIS is responsible for assisting the Project Team with daily management and execution of the construction process, including safety, cost control, site management, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.

They will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities, helping ensure successful project completion while upholding DAVIS safety standards and value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Construction experience required.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction PM principles and safety standards.
• Experience with project management scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily management and execution of construction process.
• Support safety management, cost management, site management, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
• Develop and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Prepare and maintain logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and material deliveries.
