Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with construction experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, schedules, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and approve monthly billing and earned values.
• Develop and manage project schedules for small to mid-sized projects.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and resource impacts and report findings.
