Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking a Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include labor control, RFIs/submittals, takeoffs, scheduling, punch lists, and QA/QC support.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting or managing construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
• Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
• Support the QA/QC program measures.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
