Job summary

Findorff is seeking a Project Engineer Co-op in College Station, TX for 2027 spring/summer and summer/fall terms. You will gain hands-on experience across preconstruction through project closeout, supporting RFIs, submittals, and field coordination with travel teams.

You will build professional skills while collaborating with project teams, clients, and trade partners, using tools like Bluebeam and Procore and contributing to budgeting and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Comfortable using technology with solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication to keep projects organized.
• Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and help with short-term planning.
• Assist in preconstruction activities including quantity takeoffs and basic estimating.
• Support field operations with coordination and safety checks.
• Learn project management tools like Bluebeam and Procore.
