Job summary

Findorff is seeking a Project Engineer Co-op for Spring/Summer or Summer/Fall terms in Wisconsin. You will support project teams, assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; strong organization, teamwork, and tech skills; training with Bluebeam and Procore; housing assistance available and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using technology and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication.
• Participate in coordination meetings, take minutes, and assist with planning.
• Gain exposure to quantity takeoffs, bid package prep, and basic estimating.
• Support field operations with material coordination, progress photos, safety walks.
• Learn project systems and tools like Bluebeam and Procore.
• Develop communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with teams.
