Job summary

Findorff in Tempe, AZ invites students to join as a Project Engineer Co-op for Spring/Summer 2027 or Summer/Fall 2027. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience across preconstruction, estimating, field operations, and project management with mentorship from seasoned professionals.

You’ll use Bluebeam and Procore, support RFIs and submittals, coordinate with teams, and develop professional skills while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication.
• Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, and coordinate with field staff and subcontractors.
• Gain exposure to quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and basic estimating activities.
• Support field operations with material coordination and safety walks.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Procore to update documents and track submittals.
• Develop communication and organizational skills while supporting project teams.
