Findorff is seeking a Project Engineer Co-op in College Station, TX, joining our travel team to gain hands-on experience across all construction phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills
• Interest in building a career in the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Support Project Teams with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication to keep projects organized
• Contribute to Project Coordination by attending meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating with field staff, subs, and suppliers
• Assist in Preconstruction & Estimating with quantity takeoffs, bid package prep, and subcontractor outreach
• Support Field Operations by assisting Superintendents with material coordination, progress photos, safety walks, and quality checks
• Learn Project Systems & Tools using Bluebeam and Procore for document updates and submittal tracking
• Build professional skills through communication, organization, and problem-solving with project teams, clients, and trade partners
