Job Summary

Our client is a company specializing in new construction and renovation projects for correctional facilities across the United States. This position is based in Noblesville, IN.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Organize, prepare, distribute, and track submittals, schedules, field binders, closeout documents, and project correspondence for assigned projects.
2. Assist with pre-construction activities and bidding processes.
3. Support the Project Management and Preconstruction teams in daily operations.
4. Manage miscellaneous projects, warranty, and service work.
5. Assist with material procurement, warehouse staging, and site deliveries.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• On-site construction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with construction documents.
• Experience with estimating and scheduling software (e.g., Procore).
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive salary ($65,000 - $75,000+, depending on skills and experience).
