Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team at KCG Companies. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the Procore electronic folder organization and document naming conventions for project documents.
2. Assist Project and Construction Managers in assigning tasks and maintaining project documentation.
3. Plan and coordinate construction operations, logistics, and schedules to meet deadlines.
4. Prepare and manage Requests for Information and project submittals for effective stakeholder communication.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to determine standards and specifications.
6. Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities.
7. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
8. Take ownership of the project to contribute to its successful completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and procedures.
• Familiarity with document management procedures.
• 0-4 years of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project scheduling software like Microsoft Project.
• Experience with BlueBeam PDF and ProCore platforms.
• Experience in process management and improvement.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional interaction with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% during project phases.
• Ability to work independently at a high level.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000
