Responsibilities

1. Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
2. Supporting project team with daily coordination
3. Procurement of construction materials
4. Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
5. Coordination of subcontractors
6. Survey and project layout
7. Weekly progress photos
8. Manage construction equipment
9. Safety management
10. Project estimating
11. Inspect project sites

Qualifications

1. 1+ years of experience
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
3. Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
4. Specific roles may require relocation
5. Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000
