Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a project team through consistent process execution and lifecycle administration. You will work with leadership, field teams, and clients to drive key project processes from startup to closeout.

The role emphasizes effective communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes while gaining foundational project management skills. Office-based with travel to Northeast and Midwest sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience.
• Some construction project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
