Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive key tasks and processes for curtainwall projects, managing scope, tasks, and schedules with internal teams and general contractors.

You will engage stakeholders at every stage to uphold the integrity of the project lifecycle and ensure it remains on track and profitable. Partner with field teams and clients, monitor metrics, and drive proactive risk mitigation while aligning with Harmon’s best practices.

Qualifications

  • Construction experience and/or knowledge applicable to curtainwall business
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
  • Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
  • Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
  • Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.

Position Description

As a Construction Project Manager at Harmon, you will drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration. You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project’s lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.

Salary range: $120,000/yr.-$140.000/yr. + annual bonus opportunity
