Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a focused project support professional to assist project leadership and drive administrative tasks through the project lifecycle.

You will help track processes from initiation to close and gather data to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial results. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year in related work, and construction project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience.
• Some construction project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
