Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in California to drive critical project tasks and processes from start to finish, leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration on small-to-mid sized curtainwall projects.

You will partner with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and profitable, ensuring timely metrics, risk mitigation, and adherence to Harmon’s best practices.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and/or knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business required.
• 5+ years' experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, and clients to keep a project on track and profitable.
• Complete tasks to enable regional leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
