Job summary

CBX Solutions invites a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team in supporting coordination and communication to meet construction schedules. You will prepare quotes, process work orders, and provide inside support including standard reporting and order tracking.

The role requires basic knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and construction documents, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and work orders accurately within timelines.
• Provide inside support and reporting to Project Management.
• Maintain communication with contractors, customers and internal departments.
