Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a project support professional to assist leadership and manage project tasks from initiation through close.

You will help track processes, coordinate with field teams and clients, and gather data to enable leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial results. The role emphasizes learning and developing basic project management skills within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
  • Some construction project experience preferred

You will work on project team to gain critical skills and experience while providing support to multiple processes during a project's life cycle.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Your top priority is to support your projects' leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy.
  • Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
  • Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
  • Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
  • Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
  • Some construction project experience preferred

Compensation Range -$70,000/yr-$75,000/yr
