Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking a detail-oriented project support professional to join our Seattle-area team. You will assist Project Managers in the construction group, maintain project files, coordinate with vendors, and manage purchase orders and shipping schedules.

You will compile Submittal and O&M packages, assist with billing reconciliation, and help ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to work with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal NCE systems.
• Detail oriented and team player.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the construction group.
• Build and maintain project files.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain good working relations.
• Enter and expedite purchase orders.
• Manage, update and communicate ship schedules weekly.
• Prepare Submittal and O&M packages for review.
• Assist with billing recaps and credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
