Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in construction.
• Experience pulling permits, managing submittals, and tracking change orders.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, ProContractor, BlueBeam).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, contracts, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up new jobs in company software, including budgets and cost codes.
• Maintain organized project records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with contract review and ensure documentation is collected before work begins.
• Prepare and submit permit applications; track progress and final approvals.
• Maintain city licenses and ensure vendor/subcontractor documentation compliance.
• Prepare, submit, and track project submittals; manage logs and distribution.
• Track change orders and coordinate internal approvals.
• Schedule crews, deliveries, inspections, and material coordination.
• Apply job cost coding to invoices and purchase orders; support budgets.
• Prepare and submit job closeout documents with warranties and permits.
