You will help with project phasing, material coordination, change orders, and communication with contractors to keep projects on time and within budget. The role requires at least 2 years in an office setting, strong written and spoken communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Bluebeam is a plus but not required.
• Well organized with good time management.
• Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Capable of working independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files and logs per requirements.
• Prepare and distribute transmittals to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.
• Purchase supplies to support schedules and budgets.
• Assist with project phasing for doors, frames, and hardware.
• Verify deliveries and expedite orders as needed.
• Assist with change requests, RFIs, and addenda.
• Support field measurements and site visits.
