Job summary

Carroll Daniel Construction seeks an Assistant Project Manager to handle administrative and technical duties across construction projects. You will support procurement, submittals, budgeting, and scheduling while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of leadership experience on projects of various sizes, or 6+ years in field leadership roles.
Proficiency with company tools and standard PC software (CMiC, Egnyte, Fieldwire, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager to determine General Conditions and resources for a project.
Collaborate on monthly project cost reports and budgets with the PM.
Assist with take-offs, bid packages, subcontractor pricing, and procurement.
Support project schedule, start-up, submittals, and responsibilities matrix.
Attend jobsite meetings, track progress, verify quality and schedule adherence.
Assist in project closeout, demobilization, and transition to customer.
Foster strong client relations and maintain professional conduct on-site.
